Hughes Misses Bounty; Chips Up Instead

Level 13 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Tiziano Di Romualdo was all in with a short stack and picked up two callers including Ricardo Chauriye. The latter folded to a bet by the third player in the hand on the {7-Spades}{6-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} and later said in table chat he had pocket nines. Di Romualdo was all in and at risk with {A-Clubs}{J-Hearts} versus {10-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} and got there on the {A-Diamonds} turn before the {5-Spades} river bricked off.

Ryan Hughes was also involved in a three-way all in, and was the second biggest stack in a battle with Konstantinos Misailidis and Christophe Pereira in the big blind.

Christophe Pereira: {A-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}
Ryan Hughes: {10-Clubs}{10-Spades}
Konstantinos Misailidis: {A-Spades}{K-Diamonds}

The board came {Q-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{2-Hearts}{J-Hearts} and Pereira tripled up for 15,100, while Hughes doubled through Misailidis for 31,700 after having paid off Pereira.

Level 13 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

On the river of a board {9-Spades}{8-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{A-Hearts}, Michael Eiler called a bet worth 13,200 by John Racener and mucked when he was shown {A-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} for aces and eights by Racener, who appears to be near the top just before the upcoming dinner break.

Galindo Lopez Busted By Grafton

Level 13 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Sam Grafton had gone all in from the under-the-gun position and was called by Josep Maria Galindo Lopez on the button who had about half the amount of chips that Grafton had.

Sam Grafton: {K-Clubs}{J-Clubs}
Josep Maria Galindo Lopez: {6-Spades}{6-Diamonds}

The board ran out {K-Hearts}{10-Spades}{J-Spades} on the flop giving Grafton two pair, kings and jacks, immediately. The {Q-Clubs} on the turn gave Galindo Lopez an out if the ace or nine came on the river, they would both be playing the board and split the pot. But the {8-Hearts} on the river wasn't to be and Galindo Lopez made his way out of the tournament area.

Ta Fades a Massive Sweat to Double

Level 13 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

A raise by Luc Thong Ta was met by the all in of the player on the button and once the action was back on Ta, he verified with the dealer that it was indeed an all in before snap-calling.

Ta tabled {A-Clubs}{A-Diamonds} and his opponent only had the {K-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}. The flop of {8-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{6-Hearts} was as dreadful as it could get, but Ta somehow faded a ton of outs with the {3-Spades} turn and {7-Diamonds} river to double.

"I could have busted you, but now you are back," Phil Hellmuth in the two seat said and Ta replied "I was back all the time." Right after, Kristen Bicknell arrived in the four seat with an above-average stack.

One for Caranica

Level 13 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Sam Grafton raised to 3,500 from mid-position and was called by Philipp Caranica in the big blind.

The flop came {K-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{4-Spades}, Caranica checked, Grafton bet 3,700, Caranica raised to 11,500. Grafton called.

The turn brought them the {K-Hearts} on which they both checked. The {3-Hearts} on the river completed the board, now Caranica bet 6,500 and Grafton called. Caranica showed {4-Hearts}{2-Hearts} for a full house, fours over kings and that was enough for Grafton to muck his hand.

Mustafov Doubles on a "Sexy Board"

Level 13 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Fahredin Mustafov was all in and at risk for his last 30,100 and the cutoff looked him up with the {A-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}. Mustafov held {J-Diamonds}{J-Clubs} and the standard coin flip turned into a roller coaster of emotions as the board ran out {K-Spades}{J-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}.

"Sexy board," Mustafov added while stacking up his double.
