Luske Takes From Dombach

Level 23 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante

Donald Dombach started the day with less than half a million in chips and almost tripled that since, but he just lost some in a heads-up pot against Marcel Luske. By the {10-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{K-Clubs}{9-Spades} river, more than 450,000 was in the pot already and Luske bet 400,000. "Do you have aces?" Dombach asked and got no answer.

After two minutes in the think tank, Dombach folded and another player at the table asked, "How many times you gonna have quad nines?" referring to an earlier hand of Luske.
