Another multiple bracelet winner, Vanessa Selbst has been spotted in the field. Selbst has three WSOP bracelets to her credit, in addition to countless other poker achievements.

Kitty Kuo and Kristen Bicknell have gotten themselves involved in a last-longer. To win the bet they need to be in-the-money. Whoever loses will have to be the personal assistant of the winner. As Bicknell is not here yet, Kuo has taken a little bit of a lead.
The player in the under-the-gun position limped in, so did the player on the button. The player in the small blind completed but Kuo, in the big blind, raised to 300. The under-the-gun player called, the button folded. The player in the small blind was considering her options.
"Anybody would play this hand or raise it" she said. "Fold"
The flop came , Kuo bet 400 and her opponent called.
The turn brought them the on which they both checked.
The river completed the board with the , Kuo bet 1,200 and her opponent called again. Kuo showed for a king-high flush. Her opponent showed for a lower flush. Kuo took the pot.
With the board reading and more than 2,500 in the middle, Gloria Jackson bet 2,000 from middle position. Her opponent on the button called and Jackson showed for a flopped set, good for a nice big pot early in the day.
Several recognizable ladies are in the field already here in Level 1. Barbara Enright is a trailblazer for women in poker. She has three WSOP bracelets and is here today. Loni Harwood has two bracelets to her credit.
Other notables in the field so far include Lynn Gilmartin, Annette Obrestad, Marsha Wolack, Julie Cornelius, Pok Kim, Fatima Moreira de Melo, Karina Jett, Jessica Welman, Melissa Gillett, Louis Francoeur, Shino Fujiwara, and Susie Isaacs. Marie Lizette-Acoba got 19th in this event last year and is back, looking for another deep run.
