Hands #95-98: Riess Takes Four in a Row

Level 68 : 30,000/60,000, 0 ante

Hand #95: John Smith raised to 125,000 and Ryan Riess moved all in. "How much does he have?" Smith asked the dealer and the all in was counted to be for 540,000. Smith folded and Riess claimed the pot.

Hand #96: Riess limped in and Smith checked his option. On the {K-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{10-Hearts} flop, Smith checked and Riess took down the pot with a bet of 60,000.

Hand #97: Smith limped in and Riess raised to 135,000, which Smith called. The flop came {Q-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{5-Spades} and both players checked. On the {10-Spades} turn, Riess bet 225,000 and Smith folded.

Hand #98: Riess limped and Smith checked. On a flop of {J-Hearts}{10-Spades}{10-Diamonds}, both players checked. There was no betting action on the {8-Clubs} turn either and the {6-Hearts} river completed the board. Smith bet 100,000 and Riess called to see Smith turn over {8-Hearts}{2-Hearts} for tens and eights. Riess had that beat with {J-Spades}{7-Spades} for jacks and tens and won the fourth hand in a row to climb back above a million.
