Hand #149 - Antoine Saout

Darvin Moon has the button. Antoine Saout opens from the hijack for 1.325 million. Jeff Shulman, Moon and Phil Ivey quickly get out of Saout's way, leaving Steve Begleiter with the last decision. He thinks for about twenty seconds and then folds.

Hand #148 - Cada Calls Down Ivey

Jeff Shulman has the button. Joe Cada raises to 1.25 million from the cutoff, and he gets a taker in the form of Phil Ivey, playing out of position from the small blind.

The board runs {8-Clubs} {5-Diamonds} {9-Clubs} {Q-Diamonds} {3-Spades} with both players checking through the turn. On the river, Ivey leads out with a bet of 1.25 million, and Cada quickly calls with {K-Clubs} {Q-Hearts}. Ivey shows no emotion as he mucks his cards and sends another chunk of his chips over to his new nemesis.

Ivey is down to 8,600,000 after that slip.

Hand #147 - Eric Buchman

Antoine Saout has the button. Eric Buchman is our first mover this hand, making it 1.25 million to go. Nobody calls.

Action definitely has lulled over the course of the last few orbits. But blinds are soon to go up; that should help push the action along.
