Oberhauser Pairs His Queen

Level 25 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Edward Pak raised the button to 125,000 and Valentin Oberhauser called out of the big blind.

They both saw a flop of KQ7 where Oberhauser check-called a bet of 150,000 from Pak.

On the A turn, Oberhauser went into check-call mode again after Pak fired 400,000.

Both slowed down on the 2 river and checked. Oberhauser showed QJ for a pair of queens, and Pak mucked.

Full Over Straight for Bryant

Level 25 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Jessie Bryant opened to 160,000 from under the gun, and he was called by Kalyan Chivukula in the hijack and Malcolm Franchi who defended from the big blind.

Bryant continued for 300,000 on the 89K flop, but only Franchi called. Then on the 9 turn, Bryant fired a second barrel of 150,000. Franchi check-called once again.

The 7 river landed on the felt and after Franchi checked, Bryant bet 400,000. Franchi snap-called with J10 for a straight, but he ran into Bryant's full house with KK.

Level 25 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

David "Bakes" Baker shoved for his last 570,000 from the hijack and Taras Sopotnytskyi announced he was all in for more on the button. Everyone else folded and a showdown was held.

David "Bakes" Baker: A8All in
Taras Sopotnytskyi: AK

Baker found himself dominated, and the JQ429 runout provided no help to send the rest of his chips Sopotnytskyi's direction.

Angelov Wins Raising War

Level 25 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Boris Angelov opened to 130,000 from late position and was called by Clement Van Driessche on the button. Marc Wolpert then three-bet to 350,000 out of the small blind only to see Angelov come back over the top for 875,000. Van Driessche vacated the pot while Wolpert went into the tank. After some time, he chose to lay down his hand to concede a sizable preflop pot to Angelov.

Carden Curbs Ortega

Level 25 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Joseph Carden and Jacques Ortega were already at the turn with a 8QJ9 board when Ortega had bet around 1,000,000 into a 1,000,000 pot. Carden raised to 1,695,000, forcing Ortega to go all in if he found a call.

Ortega stood from the table and deliberated the decision for a while before moving a stack of chips in to call.

Jacques Ortega: 88
Joseph Carden: A10

Ortega was sitting with a set of eights which he had hit on the flop, but Carden was ahead with the straight, which he had made on the turn.

The river came the 2 which didn't improve Ortega, and he was eliminated from the tournament.

Wilf Busts Full Over Full to Moroz

Level 25 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Saar Wilf
Saar Wilf

The turn showed KQQ7 and Saar Wilf bet 225,000 out of the big blind, which Yegor Moroz on the button called.

Wilf then led the 3 river for 200,000 and Moroz clicked it back to 600,000. After some consideration, Wilf made it 1,200,000 to go with around 450,000 behind. Only a few seconds later, Moroz pushed all-in and Wilf was stunned.

"Oh wow ... this is not happening. You got fuckin kings?" Wilf said as he leaned deep back into his chair. Around two minutes passed and Wilf then called all-in.

Moroz tabled the hand he had feared in KK for kings full of queens and Wilf flashed the Q3 for queens full of treys to bust in the final level of the night.

At the same time one table over, Alexander Tkatschew knocked out Michael Jagroo when his AK hit a four-card flush on the 742102 runout.

Wolpert Puts Scott to the Test

Level 25 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Mauro Jaurez opened from early position to 120,000 and Marc Wolpert called from the cutoff. Jordan Scott squeezed to 525,000, which got Juarez to fold, but Wolpert made the call.

On the flop of 893, Scott continued for 455,000, and Wolpert quickly slid a huge stack of purple chips, worth 100,000 each, into the middle. Scott took all of two seconds to fold, and the pot was pushed Wolpert's way.

In a duel cutoff versus button, the flop showed KJ4 and Chi Jen Chen called a bet of 400,000 by Alex Keating. He then checked the 10 on the turn and Keating increased his bet sizing to 1,000,000.

Chen went deep into the tank and the camera crew came closer to the table and filmed the duel between them. Ultimately, Chen slid his cards into the muck and Keating dragged in the pot.
