Mark Bagin from Team Bagin called from the button and Aaron Thomas from Team Thomas raised to 800,000 from the small blind. Bagin made the call.

The flop came 7♠Q♥K♦ and both players were quick to check.

While the J♠ peeled off on the river, Thomas fired for 1,200,000 and was rewarded with the pot.

Action picked up on the flop with a board showing 4♠J♣5♣ in a hand between Mark Bagin and Richard Ali.

Bagin, who was out of position, led out with 800,000 and was called by Ali, who was on the button.

The turn produced Q♦ and Bagin sized up to a 2,500,000 bet, which got Ali’s attention. Ali went in the tank for a few moments before making the call to bloat the pot.

The A♥ showed up on the river and Bagin slowed down with a check. Ali took a few moments before moving all in for the rest of his stack, which the dealer confirmed as 3,375,000.

Bagin paused before calling to put Ali at risk and the hands were tabled.

Ali’s flopped bottom pair and four to the nut flush, and by the turn was against Bagin’s top two pair. The ace on the river, though, swung the hand to Ali for a massive double up and pot.

Meanwhile, Team Bagin’s stack was decimated.

The 10♦ completed the board and Setna decided to check. Hopkins went into the tank, and eventually chose to check back. But his cards went into he muck when Setna flipped over Q♦10♥ for two pair.

Kevin Bagin and Patsy Altomari can’t seem to avoid each other early in Level 31.

In two separate clashes close to each other, Bagin’s aggression has proven the key.

In the first hand, Altomari raised to 400,000 in early position and action folded to Bagin in the big blind. Bagin came over the top with an all-in bet, which sent Altomari in the tank before he folded.

Two hands later, the two clashed again.

Bagin raised 400,000 on the button and Altomari defended in the big blind.

The dealer fanned J♦10♦4♣ on the flop, which both players checked. The J♥ on the turn saw the action check through, and the action repeated on the river after K♣ appeared on the board.

Altomari quickly tabled Ax6x, but Bagin tabled 2♠2♣ for two pair and the winning hand.
