Two Big Pots for Depa in a Row

Level 14 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Jonathan Runza raised to 25,000 from under the gun and earned two callers including Christopher Trang. Jonathan Depa in the big blind bumped it up to 115,000 and received two callers. On the K85 flop, Depa continued for 45,000 and Runza was the only caller.

After the K turn, both players checked and the 2 fell on the river. Depa bet 248,000 with 1,000 behind and forced a fold.

One hand later, Dirk Gerritse made it 35,000 to go. Depa potted to 115,000 in the small blind and Gerritse came along to the K54 flop. The continuation bet was worth 85,000 which Gerritse called before the Q turn saw Depa bet the pot and force a fold once more.

The table broke right after and Depa told Gerritse "it was the nut turn for me, I had nine ten jack queen diamonds and clubs".
