Chidwick Triples Up

Level 14
Stephen Chidwick
Stephen Chidwick

Pot-Limit Omaha

Stephen Chidwick opened to 42,000 from under the gun and was called by Viktor Blom on the button. Joao Vieira then three-bet to 180,000 out of the small blind. Chidwick called off for his stack of 115,000 while Blom also made the call to put Chidwick at risk.

Vieira continued for 110,000 on the 448 flop. Blom quickly folded.

Stephen Chidwick: KKJ7 All in
Joao Vieira: AKK6

Vieira and Chidwick currently held hands of equal showdown value though Chidwick did have greater equity with his flush draw. The 8 turn did not change anything but the Q river brought in Chidwick's flush to ensure he would not have to share the spoils, instead finding a full triple up.

David Benyamine

2-7 Triple Draw

Michael Moncek opened from under the gun and David Benyamine called in the hijack as Renan Bruschi defended his big blind. Bruschi drew one, and Moncek and Benyamine both drew two.

After the first draw, Bruschi checked and Moncek bet. Both Benyamine and Bruschi called and each player drew one. After the second draw, Bruschi checked again and Moncek again bet to be called by both opponents. Bruschi and Moncek both called and Benyamine stood pat.

After the final draw, Bruschi checked and Moncek bet a final time. Benyamine called and Bruschi folded. Moncek showed 8x7x4x3x2x, but it was no good against the 8x5x4x3x2x of Benyamine.

Aaron Katz limped in early position and Maxx Coleman did the same on the button. Daniel Negreanu also made the call in the small blind before Kane Kalas raised to 60,000 in the big blind.

Katz and Negreanu folded, while Coleman called to see the 3910 flop. Kalas led out by moving all in, with Coleman sliding out the call.

Kane Kalas: AAQ6 All in

Aarton Katz

2-7 Triple Draw

Aaron Katz called in the small blind and Jeremy Ausmus checked his big blind option.

Katz slid out two cards and checked, while Ausmus drew three and checked behind. Katz selected three cards again on the second draw, with Ausmus taking another two.

Katz led out with a bet, making the call after Ausmus raised. Katz then took one card and Ausmus stood pat.

A check from Katz led to a bet from Ausmus, who was then facing a check-raise on his left. After a few moments, Ausmus let his hand go.

"You need one of these," said Katz as he showed the 2. "I had 'em all," Katz continued as he showed Ausmus the rest of his deuces while raking in the pot.

Level 13
Daniel Negreanu
Daniel Negreanu

2-7 Triple Draw

Action folded to Maxx Coleman who raised in the small blind, and Daniel Negreanu called in the big blind.

Coleman drew one and Negreanu two. Coleman then bet and Negreanu called.

Coleman took one again, while Negreanu took two as Coleman bet. Negreanu called and drew one, while Coleman stood pat and bet.

"I didn't see any sevens, so I'm going to play cautiously and just call," Negreanu said. Coleman showed 8-7, but Negreanu had 8x6x4x3x2x to win the pot.

"I thought about raising but I had three eights and no sevens. So what am I raising for? Just to be reraised and run into a seven?" Negreanu said after the hand.
