Konnikova Sends Off McKeehen

Level 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante
Maria Konnikova
Maria Konnikova

Maria Konnikova opened to 1,200 from under the gun and Joe McKeehen three-bet to 4,000 from the button. Konnikova made the call.

The flop came 952 and Konnikova check-called a 3,100 continuation bet from McKeehen.

Konnikova check-called another bet from McKeehen on the 10 turn, this time for 11,500.

On the 7 river Konnikova checked and McKeehen virtually moved all in, committing his entire stack of roughly 35,000 minus one T-100 chip. Konnikova raised with a covering stack and McKeehen called off with his last chip.

McKeehen had AA for an overpair but Konnikova had made the nut flush on the river with A3 to send McKeehen to the rail and continue accumulating chips.
