Farris Slides Into a Double

Level 22 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Eric Schneider kicked things off with a raise to 65,000 and Maurice Hawkins three-bet to 160,000 on his left. Jinwoo Kim four-bet shoved all in on the button and Michael Farris instantly slid in his stack of 655,000 from the small blind. The action folded back to Hawkins who started rambling as the cameras rolled.

"You just slid that right in there," Hawkins said to Farris. "I don't know why he's coming after me. Two tens, I fold."

Michael Farris: KK
Jinwoo Kim: AQ

The board ran out J53K7 and Farris earned himself a double-up with a set of kings.

"He ran right into the nuts," Charles Johnson said recounting the action.

"He almost ran right into these nuts," Hawkins continued. "I was calling him, snap!"

Ku Bets Five Times the Pot, Shows

Level 22 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

A board of A10K was already on the table when Doyun Ku bet all in from the small blind, covering his opponent Jacob Sachs' stack of 700,000.

Sachs was deep in the tank and eventually let his hand go. Ku promptly showed the Q and Sachs slammed on the table and walked away, despite the fact that Ku could have had the nuts.

He Picks Off Li

Level 22 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Charles He
Charles He

Pei Li, Charles He, and Charlie Chiu went three-handed to the 7QJ flop where all three players checked.

The turn came the 3 and action checked around to Li in the cutoff who bet 90,000. He then raised to 190,000 in the big blind and Chiu got out of the way, while Li called.

The river came the K and He led out for 80,000. Li came back with a raise to 330,000 and He tanked for about a minute before calling.

Li showed J9 for a pair of jacks, but He had AJ and took the pot with his ace-kicker.

"Were you value betting or bluffing," Chiu asked Li following the hand.

Sachs Doubles Through Rigby

Level 22 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Jacob Sachs moved all in for his last 675,000 from the cutoff and was looked up by Nicholas Rigby in the big blind.

Jacob Sachs: 1010
Nicholas Rigby: AQ

Sachs was locked in a flip for his tournament life against a player who, over the past few days, has seldom lost a pot. The A710 flop improved Rigby to top pair but Sachs hit a set to take an almost unassailable lead. There would be no sweat as the 4 turn left Rigby drawing dead prior to the 5 river.

Rosilio Makes Tough Call for Tournament Life

Level 22 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

There was already a turn of J923 and Khashayar Sheibani fired a bet of 80,000. Hen Rosilio took about a minute and made the call.

The Q completed the board, and Sheibani eyed Rosilio's stack before slamming a stack of purples across the line for a bet of 700,000. Rosilio went deep into the tank for almost four minutes before making the call.

Rosilio cheered quietly as Sheibani tabled 87, taking down the pot with 98.

Two in a Row for Marchington

Level 22 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Maurice Hawkins opened to 60,000 from early position and received a call from Nick Marchington in the big blind.

The flop came AJ8. Hawkins fired a continuation bet of 65,000 and Marchington made the call.

Both players checked the A turn leading to the 7 river. Hawkins checked, Marchington bet 90,000 and received a fold from Hawkins to take the pot down.

The next hand saw Charles Johnson open to 75,000 from the button. Marchington three-bet to 265,000 and Johnson made the call.

The flop came 932. Johnson checked and Marchington made a continuation bet of 150,000.

"I should have four-bet..." Johnson commented before throwing his cards into the muck as Marchington scooped his second consecutive pot.
