Updated Counts on the Side Feature Table

Level 20 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Nicholas Rigby opened to 50,000 with the J3 on the button and Johannes Lehner three-bet to 125,000 in the small blind with the KK. Steven Watts in the big blind tanked holding the A9 and folded while Rigby also quickly folded.

Despite giving up the pot, Rigby had soared back into the lead which was not shown on the stream and Renan Aziz was left short.

The Rise of Berko

Level 20 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Scott Berko
Scott Berko

Scott Berko amassed a gigantic stack in two hands at the tail end of the previous level, and he stopped by the PokerNews desk to tell how it happened.

In the first hand, Berko raised to 35,000 from under the gun with 76 and the big blind called. The flop came down K54 with a combo draw for Berko. The big blind checked and Berko continuation-bet for 50,000. The big blind called and the 2 turn was dealt.

Berko now bet another 90,000 with his flush after a check from the big blind. Berko then faced a big check-raise to 395,000, which he just flat-called.

The Q river fell and the big blind now jammed, covering Berko's stack of 850,000 chips. Berko allegedly tanked for nearly six minutes before ultimately putting in the call. The big blind showed A5 for a big bluff and Berko's flush scooped a pot to rocket him over the three million mark.

Not much later, Berko was in the big blind himself and faced a raise to 50,000 from the same player, who sat in the small blind this time. Berko called and the flop fell Q103.

The small blind continued for 110,000 and Berko called. The Q turn saw the big blind bet another 260,000, leaving around 500,000 behind. Berko jammed all in with the covering stack and the small blind called.

Small blind: J9
Scott Berko: 33

Berko had flopped a set and turned a full house, while the small blind only had two outs to a straight flush. Neither of them arrived on the 4 river and Berko eliminated his rival and shot up a stack of 4,000,000 chips.

Therme's River Bet Gets Through

Level 20 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Jonathan Therme raised 40,000 under the gun and only Maxime Parys called in the hijack.

The flop came J72, and Therme check-called a bet of 40,000.

The 8 turn received checks from both players and the 2 fell on the river.

Therme fired out a bet of 160,000, and that was enough to drag the pot as Parys pitched his cards into the muck.

Westmorland Sends Zipati to the Rail

Level 20 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Jordan Westmorland raised to 40,000 and picked up calls from Eliran Zipati and Tim Van Loo in the blinds.

The flop gave 783 and it checked to Westmorland who continued for 50,000. Only Zipati stayed interested and called.

A J showed up on the turn and Zipati checked again. Westmorland bet 175,000 and Zipati replied with a shove for a stack around 400,000. Westmorland snap-called:

Eliran Zipati: KQ
Jordan Westmorland: 77

Zipati was in desperate shape for a double up, and Westmorland improved his hand into a full house on the J river to send Zipati to the payout desk.

Aziz Eliminated by Rigby

Level 20 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Nicholas Rigby
Nicholas Rigby

Renan Aziz raised with the 55 and Nicholas Rigby called from one seat over with the K4, Jordan Grant defended with just the A showing. On a flop of 632, Grant check-folded when Aziz bet 45,000 and Rigby raised to 225,000.

Aziz gave it some thought before pushing all-in for 410,000 and Rigby instantly asked for a count. He then made the call with five imminent outs to put Aziz at risk.

The K struck on the turn to improve Rigby and Aziz was eliminated on the blank A river.

Boukai Gets Paid From Neeme

Level 20 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

The action was picked up in a pot of roughly 60,000 on a flop showing K65. Rami Boukai tossed out 30,000 from the small blind and Andrew Neeme made the call in the big blind.

On the 2 turn Boukai bet again, this time for 55,000. Neeme took a few seconds before making the call and the 6 hit the river.

Boukai pondered for a moment before cutting out a bet of 200,000 and Neeme went in the tank. After close to a minute, Neeme flicked in a chip for the call and was shown the bad news when Boukai tabled 83 for the rivered flush to take down the pot.
