Hands #36-38: Maceiras Gets a Shove Through
Hand #36: Daniel Weinman opened to 3,200,000 from under the gun and Adam Walton called in the cutoff. Weinman continued for 3,200,000 on the flop of A♠2♠8♦ and Walton raised to 8,600,000. Weinman called. Weinman then checked on the 7♣ turn and Walton checked back. Weinman led out for a small 2,500,000 on the 5♦ river and Walton called as the two showed A♣J♣ and A♦J♦ to chop up the pot.
Hand #37: Juan Maceiras open-jammed a stack of 17,500,000 with the A♠8♠ from middle position and stood up for his rail to start cheering as Toby Lewis sat in the tank in the small blind with the A♥10♥. Lewis eventually folded and Daniel Weinman folded in the big blind to win Maceiras the pot.
Hand #38: Steven Jones opened to 3,200,000 from under the gun and Jan-Peter Jachtmann defended out of the big blind with the A♦7♥. Jachtmann checked on the flop of K♠7♠10♦ and Jones bet 3,100,000. Jachtmann called before both players checked on the 3♣ turn. Both players checked again on the Xx river and Jones showed 9♦9♠ to beat out the German's A♦7♥.
