Hutchison Pulls Ahead of Lewis
Level 37
: Blinds 500,000/1,000,000, 1,000,000 ante
Adam Walton made it 2,000,000 to go with the A♠K♦ and Daniel Weinman called on the button with the A♥Q♠. The K♥4♠2♣ flop saw Walton lead for 1,100,000 and Weinman call. Both checked the 7♥ turn and Walton overbet for 12,000,000 on the 7♣ river to force out Weinman.
Dean Hutchison then min-raised to 2,000,000 with the A♥A♣ and fellow Brit Toby Lewis three-bet to 6,500,000 one seat over in the hijack holding the K♦J♦, picking up a call from Hutchison. The latter checked the 8♥6♠5♥ flop and called Lewis' continuation bet worth 4,500,000.
That brought the duo to the 10♣ turn on which Hutchison checked again with Lewis checking it back this time.
The 3♠ river completed the board and Hutchison now bet 17,000,000 for Lewis to instantly fold.
