Saliba Tries to Trap Semel

Level 3 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

On a three-way flop of 2AJ, Vivian Saliba checked to Jordan Semel, who then bet 2,400 and was called by one other player and Saliba.

On the turn J, Saliba checked to Semel again and he continued for another 5,500, which she called to see the 3 river.

Saliba checked once more to Semel who thought for a few seconds before he decided to check back. Saliba sighed and tabled AJ45 for a turned full house and Semel quickly mucked.

Lahmani Takes From Long

Level 3 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

Heads-up to the K95 flop, Philip Long bet 6,500 and was called by Oshri Lahmani. They checked the 3 turn and the 8 river for Long to show his KK for a set of kings first. Lahmani rolled over 9765 for a straight and that won the pot.

The table contains late entrants Allan Le and Eelis Pärssinen and Joni Jouhkimainen arrived, standing behind Joao Simao while waiting for a seat. Once the dealer high-carded, it was indeed Simao who moved to a new table.

First Break of the Day

Level 2 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

The first two levels have been completed and the field has grown to 124 entries thus far. Some half a dozen players have exhausted one of their possible three re-entries so far and new entries keep appearing.

The first 15-minute break is now underway.

Jamasi Is "the Worst"; Wins Pot Anyway

Level 2 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

Lautaro Guerra raised to 2,100 and Farhad Jamasi called on the button. Out of the big blind, Gjergj Sinishtaj raised the pot to 8,700 and Guerra called. Jamasi called as well, despite having some trouble identifying the correct chips to do so.

On a flop of Q72, it checked to Jamasi and he bet 17,000. Sinishtaj folded while Guerra called.

They checked the 4 turn and the 4 river was checked behind by Jamasi. Guerra tabled the KK92 for the king-high flush and Jamasi sighed "I am the worst," before exposing his AK53 for the ace-high flush.

"Where is the rest of the pot?" Sinishtaj inquired and Jamasi replied, "I was setting him up."
