Chen Essentially Doubles Through Velador

Level 26 : Limits 120,000/240,000, 0 ante

Luis Velador raised with the KQ98 and Ben Lamb called in the big blind with the A1033. The 752 flop was checked by Velador, who then folded to a bet by Lamb with the nut low and wheel draw at that time.

Soon after that, James Chen raised his smaller stack out of the small blind with the AA44 and Velador defended the KQ93. The 972 flop saw Chen bet and Velador call as the same action repeated on the 2 turn. Chen only had 45,000 behind to the 4 river and moved all-in.

Velador had huge pot odds but couldn't call, thus denying Chen a full double but dropping behind him on the leaderboard.
