Small Showdown Pot for Cowen

Level 25 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Ryan Messick raised to 100,000 in a middle position with the {q-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} and Robert Cowen called in the small blind. On the {a-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} flop, Cowen check-called 75,000 and the {8-Diamonds} turn as well as the {6-Clubs} river were checked. Cowen tabled his {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} for nines and fours to win the pot.

Garza Takes from Eslami

Level 25 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Ali Eslami limped in with {a-Spades}{10-Hearts} from the cutoff and Benjamin Kaupp completed in the small blind with {a-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}. Raul Garza then raised to 250,000 with {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts} and only Eslami called.

The flop landed {8-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{k-Clubs} and Garza bet 350,000. Eslami quickly folded to the large bet.

Kaupp Doubles Through Messick

Level 25 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Benjamin Kaupp
Benjamin Kaupp

Ali Eslami limped in for 50,000 on the button with {j-Clubs}{5-Clubs} and Ryan Messick raised to 200,000 in the small blind.

Benjamin Kaupp then jammed for 1,420,000 out of the big blind and Eslami instantly folded while Messick called within four seconds.

Benjamin Kaupp: {a-Spades}{a-Hearts}
Ryan Messick: {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}

While the {k-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{6-Clubs} flop provided some equity to crack the aces with a king and back door clubs, nothing changed on the {9-Spades} turn and {j-Spades} river as Kaupp doubled.

Kolev Loses Another Pot, Then Wins One

Level 25 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Raul Garza made it 105,000 to go in the cutoff with {q-Hearts}{j-Clubs} and Yuliyan Kolev came along out of the big blind holding {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} to see a flop of {k-Hearts}{10-Spades}{3-Diamonds}. Once the Bulgarian checked, Garza continued for 80,000 and the call by Kolev led them to the {4-Spades} turn.

This time, both players quickly checked and the {9-Hearts} river completed the board. Kolev checked and Garza's bet worth 300,000 took it down uncontested.

Robert Cowen then opened to 100,000 on the button with {k-Hearts}{j-Spades} and folded when Kolev jammed for 1,625,000 in the small blind with {k-Spades}{j-Clubs}.

Messick Takes Two Pots Off Kolev in a Row

Level 25 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Yuliyan Kolev raised to 105,000 with the {k-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} and Ryan Messick called in the small blind with {k-Clubs}{q-Hearts} for the {k-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} flop to appear. Messick check-called for 80,000 and both checked the {5-Diamonds} on the turn. After the {q-Clubs} river, Messick bet 300,000 and "bucket man" Kolev counted his chips before folding.

Two hands later, Kolev opened to 105,000 with {10-Hearts}{10-Clubs} and Messick three-bet to 280,000 in the cutoff with {k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}. What followed was the reluctant call by Kolev and the very same duo headed to the {j-Hearts}{4-Spades}{3-Spades} flop. The Bulgarian checked and subsequently called a bet worth 250,000.

Following the {3-Clubs} turn, Kolev checked again and Messick moved all-in for 1,610,000 total to send his opponent into the blender. Kolev found a fold.

Fortunate Double For Wish

Level 25 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Gregory Wish
Gregory Wish

Yuliyan Kolev made it 105,000 to go and Gregory Wish then three-bet jammed out of the big blind for the last 460,000. Kolev snap-called and the cards were turned over.

Gregory Wish: {a-Spades}{j-Hearts}
Yuliyan Kolev: {j-Spades}{j-Clubs}

"Let's goooo" Kolev shouted towards his rail and continued with a loud "hooold" on the {8-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{4-Hearts} flop on which he remained ahead. The {a-Diamonds} appeared on the turn and Kolev gasped a "fuck" as the rest of the table chuckled.

Nothing changed on the {2-Hearts} river and Wish doubled.

"You gotta lose one," the dry remark by another player came to Kolev who was still all smiles despite the bad beat.

Messick Wins a Three-Way Pot

Level 25 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Raul Garza raised to 100,000 from an early position and was called by Yuliyan Kolev on the button and Ryan Messick in the big blind. The flop brought {j-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{6-Spades} and all three players checked. Messick also checked the {k-Diamonds} turn and Garza now bet 125,000, picking up two calls.

They checked again the {2-Spades} on the river and Messick won the pot with the {k-Hearts}{7-Hearts}.

One hand later, Ali Eslami as one of the short stacks opened to 100,000 in the cutoff and Garza called out of the big blind. The {k-Hearts}{j-Clubs}{6-Spades} flop was checked to Eslami, who bet 125,000 and Garza snap-folded.
