Eames Essentially Doubles in Bizarre Clicking War With Rebei

Level 34 : Blinds 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante

Karim Rebei raised it up to 1,400,000 in the small blind with the {9-Hearts}{6-Spades} and was called by John Eames in the big blind, who reluctantly came along with the {3-Spades}{3-Diamonds}. What followed was the {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} flop on which Rebei checked after almost a minute and nearly identical time was spent for consideration by Eames, which then led to a bet worth 850,000 with his full house.

Rebei was having none of it, mulling over his next move for more than a minute, then raised it up to 2,000,000. Some one and a half minutes later, Eames three-bet to 3,500,000 and Rebei then used another minute before clicking it back to 5,500,000.

The call by Eames followed and they headed to the {4-Spades} on the turn with more than ten minutes already spent during the click-back war.

Time moved as slowly thereafter but with fewer twists as Rebei bet 3,275,000 and Eames called as they headed to the {a-Diamonds} on the river. Rebei now bet 4,500,000 with complete air and then instantly folded his bluff when Eames pushed all in for just 5,250,000 total, only 750,000 more into a massive pot but with zero equity on a stone cold bluff.
