Yoon Flops a Straight and Has to Settle for Chop

Level 8 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

No-Limit Hold'em

There were already some 155,000 in the middle with the turn showing {10-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{j-Clubs} turn on which Brian Yoon checked in the cutoff. Adam Friedman eventually knuckled it back while Andrew Kelsall was standing away from the table and discussed the hand with a friend. "This is an interesting hand, it was three-bet preflop," Kelsall almost whispered.

The {7-Spades} on the river was then also checked through and Yoon pointed to the board before revealing the {7-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} for a flopped straight that suddenly played the board. Friedman tabled the {a-Diamonds}{j-Hearts} and they chopped it up.
