Philip Long

Omaha Hi-Lo

Andrew Yeh: {6-Spades}{5-Hearts}/{2-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{7-Hearts}/{a-Spades}
Philip Long: {j-Spades}{4-Clubs}/{j-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{3-Spades}/{7-Spades}

Philip Long completed with a his pair of jacks and Andrew Yeh called from the bring in with his three low cards.

Yeh hit four to a low on fourth and Long checked. Yeh put in the bet and Long made the call.

Long saw one of his jacks hit Yeh's board on fifth, so Long bet that street. Yeh was the one making the check-call.

Both players saw great cards on sixth, Yeh made his low and found an open-ended straight draw, Long found a fourth low card and an open-ender of his own. Yeh bet and Long made the call to go to a potentiall game-changing seventh.

Long hit his low on seventh and Yeh was left unimproved. Yeh still bet and Long made the call and scooped the large pot.

Updated Counts

Level 25 : 100,000/200,000, 0 ante

Seven Card Stud

Bryce Yockey {k-Hearts}{2-Hearts} / {2-Diamonds} folded
Craig Chait: {j-Clubs}{j-Spades}{2-Spades}

The remaining hands of seven card stud brought no major action and one of the more interesting tidbits brought a completion of Craig Chait with jacks in the hole. Bryce Yockey had deuces with a suited king to go with it and snap-folded.

Once the game mode switched to stud hi-lo, the first heads-up hands all resulted in split pots.

Yockey Hits a Fortunate River

Level 24 : 80,000/160,000, 0 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo

Bryce Yockey raised with the {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} and was called by John Racener in the big blind with the {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}. They checked the {j-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} flop and Racener check-called the {6-Clubs} turn. On the {a-Spades} river, Yockey improved and Racener suddenly had zero percent equity.

Racener checked and Yockey bet to win the pot uncontested.

John Racener Gets Three Quarters

Level 24 : 80,000/160,000, 0 ante
John Racener
John Racener

Omaha Hi-Lo

John Racener raised {a-Spades}{9-Spades}{7-Hearts}{3-Hearts} as first to act and picked up two callers, Bryce Yockey with {a-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{7-Spades}{5-Hearts} from the small blind and Craig Chait with {a-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} from the big blind.

The flop showed up {j-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{5-Spades}, giving everyone a piece. Racener continued with his gutshot and low draw and both Yockey and Chait called.

The {6-Diamonds} came in on the turn and all three players checked.

The river {8-Diamonds} produced the low that both Racener and Chait shared. Action checked to Racener who hit his gutshot and made the straight, so he bet.

Yockey thought about it with his pair of eights, but he let it go. Chait made the call to get one quarter of the pot and Racener got the rest.
