Gryko Chops With Cavanaugh

Level 3 : 300/500, 500 ante

With 3,600 in the middle to the {k-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{9-Clubs} turn, Richard Gryko bet 2,000 out of the small blind in the last hand before the break. James Cavanaugh raised to 9,000 on the button and Gryko called.

After the {5-Diamonds} river, Gryko check-raised from 25,000 to 50,000 and Cavanaugh called to get shown the {k-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}. Canavaugh chopped with the {q-Spades}{j-Clubs}{10-Spades}{2-Diamonds} and Gryko then added "I wasn't sure if they still have the rule with the penalty ...".
