Hands #169-172: Trips for Holmes

Level 40 : 1,000,000/2,000,000, 2,000,000 ante

Hand #169: George Holmes limped the small blind and Koray Aldemir checked to the {j-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{2-Clubs} flop, which both players checked. On the {3-Spades} turn, Aldemir bet 3,000,000 and Holmes folded to award the first pot in heads-up to the German.

Hand #170: Aldemir raised to 4,600,000 on the button and received a call from Holmes. The {j-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} flop was checked by Holmes and Aldemir's continuation bet worth 3,700,000 won the second heads-up pot without resistance.

Hand #171: Holmes opened the button to 4,400,000 and Aldemir came along to the {q-Spades}{q-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} flop. Both checked to the {q-Clubs} turn and Aldemir check-folded to a bet worth 4,000,000.

Hand #172: Aldemir's button raise to 4,600,000 was called by Holmes and the flop brought {j-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{2-Hearts}. Holmes checked to Aldemir who bet 3,300,000 and received a call. The {4-Diamonds} turn paired the board and both now elected to check, which brought the {a-Diamonds} on the river.

Holmes now led for 7,400,000 and Aldemir called for the former to reveal {6-Hearts}{4-Spades} for trips to win the pot.
