Ashton Doubles; Remains Very Short

Level 4 : 500/1,500, 1,500 ante

Seven Card Stud

Matthew Ashton: {a-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} / {a-Spades}{7-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{a-Diamonds} / {4-Spades}
John Monnette: {q-Spades}{10-Diamonds} / {8-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{5-Spades} / {j-Spades}

Matthew Ashton got his short stack in with a final bet on fifth street and John Monnette called for the last 2,500 required.

"Good luck, I hope I don't win it," Monnette said as he was trailing with no pair against a pair of aces.

Ashton then made a set on sixth to lock it up but he remains the far shortest stack in the field.
