Manzanares Chipping Up

Level 20 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Raul Manzanares opened in the cutoff to 40,000 and it folded to Daniel Lazrus who called in the big blind.

The flop came {5-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} and Lazrus quickly check-called Manzanares's continuation for 35,000. The turn was the {9-Hearts} and Lazrus check-called again, this time for 100,000.

On the {2-Hearts} river, both players checked. Lazrus announced "five" but muked his cards when Manzanares revealed {3-Spades}{3-Hearts} for a set of threes.

Seiver Busts Negreanu, Lilius Running It Up

Level 20 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Scott Seiver

The action was found on the {10-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} flop. Scott Seiver checked, and Daniel Negreanu bet 50,000. Seiver then announced all-in, and Negreanu made the call.

Daniel Negreanu: {j-Spades}{8-Spades}
Scott Seiver: {8-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}

Negreanu held a pair of eights, and Seiver also had a pair of eights, but with a diamond flush draw.

The turn was the {a-Diamonds} sealing the pot for Seiver with a flush, as the {5-Spades} hit the river.

"I don't care they what say, it's been a pleasure," said Salim Admon to Negreanu.

On the same table, PokerNews caught some table chatter from Taus Lilius.

"My mom is upset they aren't updating my stack on PokerNews," said Lilius.

Lilius is currently sitting on about one million in chips, as 29 players remain.

Level 21 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Ren Lin opened to 45,000 and Diogo Veiga pushed in the big blind for 166,000. Lin quickly made the call and the players tabled their cards:

Diogo Veiga: {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}
Ren Lin: {5-Clubs}{5-Spades}

It was a typical flip situation and the pot was sent to Veiga after the board brought {10-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}{9-Spades}{k-Spades}.

Lin Knocks Out Lee

Level 21 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Jongwook Lee went all-in in middle position for 330,000 and Ren Lin re-jammed in the small blind to get the hand heads-up.

Jongwook Lee: {a-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}
Ren Lin: {q-Clubs}{q-Hearts}

Lee took the lead with a pair of aces on the flop of {a-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{10-Hearts}, but Lin snatched it right back when the {q-Diamonds} on the turn gave him a set. The {3-Spades} on the river didn't change things and Lee hit the rail as Lin added to his massive stack.

Sequeira Takes One to Seiver

Jamie Sequeira

Joni Jouhkimainen opened to 55,000 in the cutoff and Scott Seiver three-bet on the button to 150,000. Jamie Sequeira made the call in the blinds and Jouhkimainen let it go.

The flop came {4-Spades}{j-Hearts}{6-Hearts} and went check-check. So did the {10-Clubs} turn.

When the {a-Spades} hit the river, Sequeira led out for 100,000, putting Seiver deep into the tank. Seiver ended up calling but only to muck his cards when Sequeira revealed {q-Spades}{q-Hearts}.
