Kornuth Wins Another Pot Without Showdown

Level 12 : 0/0, 2,500 ante

The action with 12 players remaining has slowed down significantly and barely any large pot has emerged lately. Many hands started with limped action and one of those saw the {a-Hearts}{8-Spades}{7-Clubs} flop checked through. Chance Kornuth bet the {k-Spades} turn as the first player to act and made it 15,000 to go. Dan Shak in the cutoff and Stephen Chidwick on the button both folded.

Rene van Krevelen then jammed from under the gun to claim the antes while Joao Vieira limp-folded to the shove by the other short stack Chris Brewer.
