Badugi

Vladimir Peck established a small lead in the last few A-5 Triple Draw hands but Venkata Tayi struck back by winning the first Badugi hand with a {7-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{a-Spades} when they checked the first two draws and Peck check-called a bet after the final draw.

Tayi then limped in and Peck raised for Tayi to call. Peck patted and Tayi took two cards, then called Peck's bet. Tayi took another card on the second draw and folded when Peck bet once more. "I had a good one, a six," Peck said in table chat.

After the hand, both players were separated by a single big bet once more.
