Szabo Wins Another Showdown Pot

Level 55 : 20,000/40,000, 0 ante

Jason Koon clawed back some chips throughout a series of small pots but all the profit from these vanished when Gabor Szabo raked in the next bigger pot.

It was Koon who opened to 90,000 and Szabo called to then check the {j-Hearts}{6-Spades}{3-Clubs} flop. Koon continued for 60,000 and Szabo then check-raised to 250,000, picking up a call from Koon. The {5-Spades} followed on the turn and Szabo check-called a bet worth 225,000.

Both players checked the {k-Spades} on the river and Szabo earned the pot with the {a-Hearts}{j-Spades} for a pair of jacks.
