Kamran Takes From Wilinofsky

Ben Wilinofsky raised the pot in the hijack and Assad "KammyStyyle" Kamran defended the big blind to see a 10d9d9c] flop. Kamran check-called a small bet worth 1,089 and did so again on the {8-Diamonds} turn for 4,509.

Kamran then checked the {k-Hearts} river and Wilinofsky made it 11,672 to go. The call of Kamran followed and he was good with {a-Spades}{9-Spades}{8-Spades}{3-Clubs} for nines full of eights, as Wilinofsky only had {10-Clubs}{6-Spades}{5-Clubs}{4-Spades}.

Another three players were eliminated early on and among them was also Ludovic Geilich. Towards the end of the previous level, he was involved in three-way action to the {j-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{2-Spades} flop. Geilich checked and Assad "KammyStyyle" Kamran bet 2,633, Wei Zhao raised to 11,409 and Geilich potted. Kamran folded and Zhao pushed all-in for Geilich to call.

Cochrane Chips Up Through Chen

Level 3 : 200/400, 50 ante

Gavin Cochrane three-bet to 2,550 out of the small blind and was called by James Chen in the under-the-gun position. The {k-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{4-Clubs} flop went check, check, and Cochrane bet the {10-Diamonds} turn for 5,575. Chen raised to 22,300 and Cochrane came along.

On the {4-Diamonds} river, Cochrane bet 26,738 into 50,175 and that had the remaining stack of Chen covered. The WSOP bracelet winner used a portion of his time bank and opted to fold, dropping to half the starting stack as aresult.

Simao Gets Paid by Gjelstad

Jonas "Lampard10" Gjelstad opened to 840 on the button and Joao Simao three-bet to 2,820 in the small blind, which Gjelstad called. On the {a-Spades}{8-Spades}{8-Hearts} flop, Simao continued for 2,030 to earn a call and made it 7,958 on the {j-Hearts} turn, picking up another call from his opponent.

Simao then bet the {2-Clubs} river for 13,063 into 26,126, which Gjelstad reluctantly called. The Brazilian tabled the {a-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{6-Hearts} for eights full and Gjelstad only had {k-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} for trips eights.

Another Aces Versus Kings Debacle

Vincas "seimininkas" Tamasauskas and Kirill "iHodl_" Shugai entered a preflop raising war in which they invested 11,250 each to the {10-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{3-Hearts} flop. That's when the stacks went in and Tamasauskas was covered by a mere 230 chips.

Madanzhiev Takes From Negreanu

Stoyan Madanzhiev opened to 750 on the button and called a three-bet to 2,550 in total by Daniel Negreanu in the small blind. On a flop of {9-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{6-Spades}, Negreanu check-called for 2,152 and did so again for 3,600 on the {6-Clubs} turn. Following the {5-Spades} river, Negreanu checked the third street in a row and Madanzhiev used his time bank before leading for another 8,100.

Negreanu made the call with {a-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{8-Spades} for the flopped ten-high straight but Madanzhiev had the best of it with the {k-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{7-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} for sixes full of nines.

Zhao Beats Wang in Showdown

David "MPEW299" Wang made t 700 to go and called a three-bet to 2,400 by Wei Zhao in the small blind. Zhao led for 2,475 into 4,950 on the {a-Spades}{10-Hearts}{9-Hearts} flop to pick up a call and they both checked the {k-Hearts} on the turn.

Zhao bet the {6-Spades} river once more for 7,425 and Wang called with the {k-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{4-Hearts} for a flush. Zhao's {a-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} held the slightly superior flush and scooped the pot.
