Skrbic Tries to Squeeze

Level 28 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Six players saw a {6-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} flop and action checked to Steven Parrott, who bet 325,000 in middle position. David Vedral called on the button and Milos Skrbic, out of the big blind, woke up with a big raise to 1,750,000. In early position, Duey Duong called that bet cold and everyone else folded, leaving it heads up.

Skrbic checked and quickly folded to 1.5 million on the {k-Hearts} turn.

Ahrens Jams Into Greenwood

Level 28 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

First to act, Christopher Ahrens made it 250,000 to go and Sam Greenwood in the small blind was the only caller. On tthe {a-Spades}{q-Clubs}{5-Spades} flop, Ahrens check-called a bet of 275,000 to see the {7-Diamonds} turn. Once Greenwood had checked, Ahrens bet 900,000 and the Canadian called.

The {3-Clubs} fell on the river and Greenwood checked once more. Ahrens moved all in for 1,570,000 and Greenwood tank-folded.

Kim Scoops a Huge Pot

Level 28 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante
Jiwoon Kim

Warwick Mirzikinian raised to 300,000 from under the gun and both Jiwoon Kim in the cutoff and Nicholas Marchington in the big blind called.

The flop came {3-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{7-Spades}, Marchington checked and Mirzikinian continued with a bet of 500,000. Kim made the call but Marchington decided to raise to 1,800,000. Mirzikinian called and so did Kim.

The turn brought them the {3-Diamonds}, Marchington checked again and now Mirzikinian barreled a bet of 2,000,000 over the line which Kim called without hesitating much. Marchington took a few seconds and opted to fold.

The river completed the board with the {9-Spades} and both players checked. Mirzikinian tabled {k-Clubs}{j-Spades} for the flopped pair of jacks with the king-kicker. Kim scooped the pot with {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs} for the same pair of jacks with the higher kicker.

Colpoys Doubles Through Stokkan

Level 28 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Dan Colpoys open-shipped all in for 965,000 in middle position. Preben Stokkan asked for a count on the button and then made the call to put Colpoys at risk.

Dan Colpoys: {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}
Preben Stokkan: {6-Spades}{6-Diamonds}

The flop came {a-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} to give Colpoys a stranglehold on the hand. The {3-Diamonds} on the turn locked up the pot and the {7-Diamonds} on the river confirmed it.

"That's the ace of hearts," Stokkan joked pointing to Colpoys' hand.

"Nah, you were fucked in this hand," Colpoys responded having the diamonds covered.

Milos Skrbic opened to 240,000 from the hijack, and Thomas Parkes called in the cutoff, as did Duey Duong from the button, and Steven Parrott from the big blind.

The {4-Clubs}{k-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} flop checked through to reveal the {9-Clubs} on the turn.

Parrott and Skrbic checked, and Parkes bet 460,000. Duong called, and both Parrott and Skrbic folded.

The river fell the {6-Clubs} and Parkes pushed forward a bet of 4,400,000 - nearly his entire chip stack - and Duong open-folded his {k-Spades}{j-Hearts}.
