Brian Yoon
Brian Yoon

Coming back from the dinner break, Brian Yoon instantly got involved in a big hand with Laurids Nielsen. Yoon made a big fold on the river facing a bet of 555,000 from Nielsen with the pot already being over the 1,000,000 chip mark.

In the next hand, Yoon raised it up from under the gun and was called by Nicholas Danias on the button. The flop fell {q-Hearts}{8-Spades}{8-Clubs} and Yoon check-called a bet of 70,000 from Danias.

The turn brought the {4-Hearts} and both players checked to the {q-Spades} on the river. Yoon checked for the third time and Danias fired out a bet of 275,000. Yoon thought for a moment and then made the call. Danias showed {6-Spades}{6-Diamonds} for a counterfeit pair while Yoon held {j-Spades}{j-Diamonds} to scoop the pot.
