Chait Gets Hastings to Fold

Level 20 : 30,000/60,000, 0 ante

Stud

Craig Chait: {x-}{x-} / {8-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{a-Clubs} / {x-}
Brian Hastings: {x-}{x-} / {7-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} / {x-}

On the tail end of a Stud hand between Craig Chait and Brian Hastings, the latter bet sixth and seventh. Chait called the first bet and then raised on seventh. Hastings was immediately taken aback and smiled, gave it some more thought and grabbed all cards together.

Hastings mucked and the {6-Spades} was visible, which gave him a nine-high straight.

"I was playing Razz still. Oh, you had a straight? I can only show one bluff, that's it," Chait said in table chat with a big grin on the face.
