Semin and Ross Scoop Hold'em Hands

Mike Ross
Mike Ross

Hold'em

Mikhail Semin had raised first to act and Greg Mueller called on the button. They checked the {10-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{2-Hearts} flop and Semin check-raised the {9-Spades} turn to force a fold from Mueller.

Soon after, Mike Ross raised the button and Marco Johnson called out of the big blind. Johnson check-called a bet on the {k-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} flop and the {q-Clubs} turn. On the {a-Spades} river, Johnson checked and faced a third barrel by Ross. That sent him into the think tank and he eventually folded.

"I flopped it," Ross said as he stacked the chips.
