Loosli Wins Three-Way Pot

Level 22 : 12,000/24,000, 4,000 ante

Chino Rheem, Ted Lawson and Sylvain Loosli all checked a {10-Spades}{k-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} turn and the river was the {5-Hearts}. Rheem quickly bet 125,000 and Lawson took his time before calling.

Loosli took considerably less time in calling with {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds} and Lawson open-mucked {a-Clubs}{10-Clubs}.

"I had you beat," said Rheem, showing just the {k-Spades} as Loosli took down the pot.

Geilich Busts to Yu in Massive Pot

Level 22 : 12,000/24,000, 4,000 ante
Ludovic Geilich
Ludovic Geilich

According to Ben Yu, he opened with a raise to 65,000 from early position and was called by one player before Ludovic Geilich three-bet, making it 270,000. Yu then moved all in with a stack of about 1,500,000 and action folded back to Geilich who called.

Ben Yu: {K-}{K-}
Ludovic Geilich: {A-}{K-}

The board ran out {Q-}{10-}{2-}{3-}{2-} and that meant that Yu's kings would hold up, giving him the big pot and pushing him to nearly three million in chips while Geilich hit the rail.

Barrell Doubles Through Chin

Level 22 : 12,000/24,000, 4,000 ante

Yashuo Chin was in the tank when we got to her table, facing an all-in shove from small blind Mason Barrell for 369,000. The board read {8-Hearts}{j-Clubs}{2-Spades}{2-Clubs}{6-Clubs} and the pot contained about 750,000. Chin tanked for several minutes and compiled calling chips but continued to think. Eventually, she stuck them in but her {k-Hearts}{j-Hearts} was inferior to Barrell's {k-Diamonds}{k-Clubs} for kings up.

Ace-High Good Enough for Palumbo

Level 22 : 12,000/24,000, 4,000 ante

Ognjen Sekularac raised to 50,000 and Rocco Palumbo defended his big blind. The flop came {q-Spades}{6-Hearts}{6-Spades} and Palumbo check-called a bet of 30,000.

The turn was the {6-Diamonds} putting trips on the board and Palumbo check-called another barrel of 83,000. The river {8-Clubs} was checked by both players, and Palumbo took down the pot with {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds} for ace-high.

Kaplan Wins 3.2 Million Chip Pot with Quads

Level 22 : 12,000/24,000, 4,000 ante
Jaime Kaplan
Jaime Kaplan

The action folded to Jaime Kaplan on the button, and he raised to 55,000. Andres Jeckeln three-bet to 202,000 from the small blind, and once the big blind passed, Kaplan four-bet to 525,000.

Jeckeln called, and the dealer spread a {K-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}{5-Spades} flop and both players checked.

The turn landed the {2-Diamonds} and after another Jeckeln check, Kaplan pushed out a bet of 325,000. Jeckeln called, and when the river of the {6-Spades} completed the board, Jeckeln checked for a third time.

Kaplan took a moment, and then pushed out three stacks of chips to amount to a bet of 750,000 total.

Jeckeln went deep into the tank before eventually making the call.

Kaplan revealed his {K-Clubs}{K-Spades} for quads, and Jeckeln mucked.

Two for Esfandiari; Petitti Eliminated

Level 22 : 12,000/24,000, 4,000 ante
Antonio Esfandiari
Antonio Esfandiari

Antonio Esfandiari opened to 62,000 from middle position and was called by Martin Sejer in the cutoff. Cory Williams was on the button and three-bet to 142,000. With the action back on Esfandiari, he four-bet shoved all in for 1,073,000. Sejer quickly folded and Williams went into the tank.

"That's a good sign," Esfandiari said, but then quickly went into a still pose. After a couple of minutes, Williams folded his hand but briefly showed Sejer to his right.

"What? No way!" Sejer exclaimed. After some discussion around the table, Sejer confirmed that Williams folded pocket queens.

In the next hand, Esfandiari raised to 51,000 again and Nicholas Petitti shipped all in for 181,000. Esfandiari quickly called and tabled {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} against Petitti's {j-Spades}{j-Hearts}. The board ran out {a-Hearts}{8-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} and Esfandiari eliminated Petitti with a pair of aces.

Lee Doubles Through Hutter

Level 22 : 12,000/24,000, 4,000 ante

There was a raise to 55,000 from early position before Richard Lee three-bet to 150,000. Barry Hutter was next to act and he made it 300,000. Action folded around back to Lee who moved all in for 18,000 more and Hutter quickly called.

Barry Hutter: {J-Hearts}{J-Spades}
Richard Lee: {A-Spades}{K-Clubs}

The board ran out {K-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{7-Hearts}{3-Hearts} and that meant that Lee would double up with his pair of kings, moving back to 675,000 while Hutter has dropped from where he started the day to just under 4.5 million.
