Benger from the Blinds

Level 4 : 200/400, 50 ante

After a raise in middle position and two calls, Griffin Benger three-bet to 5,400 from the big blind and only the last caller, Lara Eisenberg, called to see a flop. On the {A-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{2-Spades} flop, she quickly folded to another 5,200 bet from the 2016 November Niner.

Cajelais Gets the Better of Kassouf

Level 4 : 200/400, 50 ante

The action folded to Will Kassouf on the button, and he raised which Erik Cajelais called in the big blind. The latter checked, and Kassouf continued for 1,900 on the {5-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{a-Hearts} flop, and Cajelais responded by three-betting to 5,300.

"I hope you haven't misread your hand? Check again, I will check mine too," said Kassouf.

Kassouf made the call and told Cajelais "If you got it, you got it."

The turn came the {8-Hearts}, and Cajelais continued for 7,000.

"Well if I call this I've got to call the river to haven't I!?, We can't both have it. I'm 99% sure it's not a split pot" said Kassouf before he called.

Cajelais checked on the {7-Spades} river, and Kassouf thought about his next move.

"That's a bit of a silly river card isn't?" said Kassouf. He thought for a minute before a player called the clock and Kassouf immediately checked behind.

Cajelais tabled two pair with {a-Spades}{6-Diamonds} and took down the pot.

Farrell Almost Jinxes Himself, Still Doubles

Level 4 : 200/400, 50 ante
Niall Farrell (as seen in a previous event)
Niall Farrell (as seen in a previous event)

Niall Farrell was grinding a short stack for quite some time but finally found an opportunity to try to spin it up against, shoving his last 6,225 in from middle position. He received a call right from his left-hand opponent and the action paused at the big blind who contemplated his decision. Then he folded, showing {J-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}.

Farrell celebrated, saying: "It's good, cause I need this one," and showed the ace of spades. He turned the other card as well and it became apparent he was all in with {A-Spades}{5-Spades} against {K-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}.

"Ooooh, I'm ahead!" Farrell was excited but then he realized what he just did.

"Oh, that was bad. Now I'm out," he laughed.

And the {8-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} flop gave his opponent plenty of additional outs. But the rest of the board bricked out as the {6-Clubs} and {6-Hearts} completed the board and Farrell doubled up.

"Oh my god, no f****** way!" Farrell shouted in excitement, knowing that he dodged the deadly bullet.

Moorman Folds Out Top Pair

Level 4 : 200/400, 50 ante

Big blind Chris Moorman check-called a bet against the player on the button and then saw the turn make the board {q-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{8-Spades}{4-Clubs}. Moorman opted to lead out for a sizable bet of 12,500 into a pot of about 25,000. His opponent thought awhile and then folded a {q-Spades}.

Spinella Chipping Down

Level 4 : 200/400, 50 ante

The board was showing {9-Diamonds}{a-Spades}{4-Hearts}{a-Hearts}{a-Clubs} when we got to the table and there was already around 16,000 in the middle. The player in the small blind bet 5,400, putting Spinella into a decision. After about one minute in the tank, Spinella opted to call but mucked his hand when his opponent tabled {a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} for quad aces.

Level 4 : 200/400, 50 ante

The board read {a-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}, action checked to Gus Hansen on the button who bet 2,000 and the small blind opponent made the call. The {6-Spades} fell on the turn and both players checked.

Duhamel Versus Ivey

Level 4 : 200/400, 50 ante
Phil Ivey
Phil Ivey

It folded to Jonathan Duhamel in the cutoff and he raised to 1,000. The player on the button called, as did Phil Ivey from the big blind.

The flop was {2-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} and Ivey checked to Duhamel who now bet 1,500. The player on the button folded, but Ivey called. The turn was the {5-Clubs} and Ivey checked again. Duhamel bet 3,600 and that was enough to make Ivey fold.
