Esfandiari Builds Stack

Level 14 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante

Over on the secondary feature table, Antonio Esfandiari raised to 10,000 and Lars Gronning called. Gronning check-called bets of 8,500 on the {Q-Spades}{J-Clubs}{10-Clubs} flop and 14,500 on the {3-Hearts} turn. The {J-Hearts} fell on the river and Gronning check-called another 38,500 before mucking immediately when Esfandiari rolled over the {A-Diamonds}{K-Hearts} for a straight.

Over on the outer table, Yoon Kim and Daniel Tang tangled in a bigger pot and the board showed {K-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{4-Spades}. Kim checked and Tang made it 69,000 to go. Eventually, the clock was called on Kim and he folded after being given 30 seconds to make a decision.
