Hands #108-110: Holz Sends Smith Below 20 Big Blinds

Level 20 : 400,000/800,000, 800,000 ante

Hand #108: Justin Bonomo raised to 2.2 million in the small blind and Dan Smith in the big blind sent his cards into the muck.

Hand #109: Smith limped the small blind the next hand and Fedor Holz checked from the big blind. The flop came {Q-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} and Smith checked, Holz bet 800,000 and Smith called to see the {5-Spades} on the turn. A check by Smith followed and Holz made it 2.7 million to go, Smith called with 13.3 million behind.

On the {6-Spades} river, Smith checked the third street in a row and Holz fired a bet of 9.5 million. That ended up winning the pot without showdown, and Smith dropped all the way to 16 big blinds.

Hand #110: Holz raised it up to 2.3 million from the small blind, Bonomo folded in the big blind.
