Mikita Badziakouski opened to 240,000 first to act and was called by Rick Salomon from one seat over and Phil Ivey in the big blind. The flop came {K-Spades}{Q-Hearts}{7-Clubs} and Ivey checked, Badziakouski bet 275,000 and both opponents folded.

Nick Petrangelo made it 260,000 to go from the cutoff and Badziakouski tossed in the extra chips out of the big blind. On a {J-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{2-Spades} flop, Badziakouski checked and faced a bet worth 225,000. Badziakouski called and then led the {2-Diamonds} turn for 325,000, Petrangelo called. The {Q-Hearts} river completed the board and Badziakouski made it 1.7 million to go with few chips behind.

Petrangelo moved all in and Badziakouski folded with just half a million chips behind.
