Lewis Wins with Kings

Level 27 : 25,000/50,000, 0 ante

Under the gun, Ronald Keijzer made it 125,000 and only Romain Lewis called him, from the cutoff.

Keijzer potted for 325,000 when the {9-Spades}{4-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} flop hit the felt and Lewis stuck around with a call. The remaining runout, the {7-Hearts} and {J-Hearts}, was checked through.

Keijzer announced ace-king and wanted to muck his hand but Lewis wanted to see the {A-}{K-}{8-}{6-} before he showed his own {K-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}{J-Clubs} for the winner.

James Chen

Ronald Keijzer raised to 125,000 from the hijack, Romain Lewis called from the button, and James Chen called from the big blind.

The flop came {10-Spades}{8-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} and action checked around.

The turn brought the {3-Diamonds} and Chen bet 275,000. Keijzer called and Lewis folded.

The {J-Hearts} fell on the river and Chen bet again, 450,000 this time. Keijzer called, Chen showed {K-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}{J-Spades}{J-Diamonds} for jacks full, Keijzer mucked, and Chen took the pot.

Keijzer Doesn't Mess Around

Level 27 : 25,000/50,000, 0 ante

Ronald Keijzer has been utilizing an extremely aggressive approach, using his big stack as a leverage. While most of his open-raises found little to no resistance, James Chen went into a battle with Keijzer with the chip leader sitting in the big blind.

Chen made it 115,000 on the button and Keijzer fired back, three-betting to 370,000. Chen called and they continued to the {5-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}{9-Clubs} flop where Keijzer fired the maximum, making it 765,000. That was about two-thirds of what Chen had left and he decided to pass, leaving another pot going Keijzer's way.

Tommy Le Eliminated in 7th Place ($50,491)

Level 26 : 20,000/40,000, 0 ante
Tommy Le
Tommy Le

Tommy Le raised pot under the gun and the action folded to small blind Ryan Lenaghan who reraised pot. Le called for 175,000 total and they turned the cards face up.

Le: {K-Spades}{10-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{6-Spades}
Lenaghan: {Q-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}

The flop came {9-Diamonds}{A-Clubs}{J-Clubs}, giving Le two straight outs but the {7-Clubs} turn narrowed his chances to a single card in the deck. Le already stood up, leaving his seat but the other players reminded him about his one-outer for a straight flush. He wouldn't get it as the {7-Hearts} ended his run in seventh place for $50,491.

Keijzer Double Barrels

Level 26 : 20,000/40,000, 0 ante

Ronald Keijzer raised to 100,000 from early position and only big blind James Chen matched the bid. Chen called 100,000 again on the flop of {7-Hearts}{9-Spades}{A-Spades} and the {8-Hearts} turn brought a second flush draw on the table. Chen checked and Keijzer priced the river card at 280,000. It was more than what was Chen willing to pay to see it and Keijzer scooped the pot on the turn.
