Bohlman Whiffs a Raise

Level 28 : 30,000/60,000, 0 ante

Scott Bohlman limped from the first position and Romain Lewis checked in the big blind. Lewis check-called 75,000 on the {K-Clubs}{3-Spades}{8-Hearts} flop and the {10-Clubs} turn remained check. The {9-Spades} river brought a 100,000-bet from Lewis and Bohlman cut out a raise to 350,000. Lewis briefly considered his options and then folded.

James Chen Eliminated in 5th Place ($96,987)

Level 28 : 30,000/60,000, 0 ante
James Chen
James Chen

Scott Bohlman limped the button, James Chen completed the small blind, Ronald Keijzer raised to 240,000 from the big blind, Bohlman folded, and Chen made a pot-sized three-bet after some consideration. The rest of the chips went into the middle in a flurry of activity and the two players tabled their hands.

James Chen: {K-Clubs}{K-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{3-Spades}
Ronald Keijzer: {K-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}{8-Clubs}

Chen had the preflop edge with the better pair but that changed when the flop fell {J-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} to give Keijzer a king-high flush. The {3-Hearts} turn and {2-Diamonds} river changed nothing and Keijzer took the pot to end Chen's deep run in this event.

Chen Tank-Folds the River

Level 28 : 30,000/60,000, 0 ante

Scott Bohlman limped from the button, James Chen came along from the small blind and Ronald Keijzer checked his options in the big.

The {K-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} appeared in the middle of the table and Bohlman bet 80,000 in position, earning two calls.

The {A-Hearts} emerged on the turn and Chen checked again but Keijzer decided to take the betting lead and fired 175,000. Bohlman released his hand and Chen called.

Chen checked one more time on the {9-Spades} river and Keijzer stacked a bet of 400,000. Chen spent around two minutes thinking but eventually couldn't pull the final call. He folded and continued with 20 big blinds.

Level 28 : 30,000/60,000, 0 ante

Scott Bohlman limped from under the gun, Ronald Keijzer raised to 200,000 from the button, and Bohlman called.

The flop came {J-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{7-Clubs} and both players checked.

[Removed:321] Abedi potted in the cutoff and James Chen peeled the flop from the big blind. Chen checked to Abedi when the {6-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{3-Spades} landed and Abedi potted again, firing 450,000 from his remaining 700,000-chip stack. Bohlman and Chen Chop a Big One

Level 28 : 30,000/60,000, 0 ante

Action folded around to the blinds, Scott Bohlman completed the small, James Chen raised to 180,000 and Bohlman called.

The flop came {K-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} and Bohlman checked. Chen bet 275,000 and Bohlman called.

The {A-Spades} fell on the turn and Bohlman checked. Chen bet again, 775,000 this time, and Bohlman went into the tank. After over a minute, he shoved, and Chen quickly called to put himself at risk.

Scott Bohlman: {K-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}{J-Spades}{5-Spades}
James Chen: {Q-Hearts}{J-}{10-Spades}{10-Clubs}

Both players had Broadway with a four-out redraw to take the entire pot. The {9-Clubs} river was a brick for both and they chopped it up.
