While a set and a flush is quite a decent hand, in a split pot game such as Omaha 8 or Better that doesn't guarantee the full portion of the pot. And that's what the opponent of Hernan Salazar just experienced when his river bet on a board of {9-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{3-Spades}{7-Clubs} was called.

"You got ace four?" he asked and Salazar nodded, turning over the nut low to take half of the pot against {A-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{3-Hearts}.

One table over, David "ODB" Baker and Itsuko Yoroi battled. Two bets were in after the {9-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{3-Hearts} flop before the {2-Diamonds} turn and {J-Spades} river brought a bet and a call each. Baker showed {A-Hearts}{K-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} for the nut flush and no low, and Yoroi took the second half of the pot with {A-Spades}{J-Hearts}{6-Spades}{5-Hearts} for the inferior flush and ace-five low.
