Parvizi's Stack Halved in Two Hands

Level 29 : 80,000/160,000, 0 ante

Seven Card Stud

Iraj Parvizi: {Q-Hearts}{Q-Clubs} / {4-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{3-Clubs} / {X-}
David "Bakes" Baker: {J-Hearts}{J-Diamonds} / {5-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{9-Spades} / {X-}

Iraj Parvizi completed and David "Bakes" Baker raised, Parvizi made it three-bets and then asked Baker if he wanted to get it in, which saw Baker nod and both immediately turned over their cards. Baker had rolled up jacks and needed some help, as Parvizi had rolled up queens. Baker improved to queens and sixes on fifth, while Parvizi had plenty of outs with an additional four card flush. Baker received the {4-Hearts} as final card and Parvizi bricked with the {5-Spades}, allowing Baker to double for 565,000.

Iraj Parvizi: {X-}{X-} / {9-Hearts}{A-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{K-Spades} / {X-}
John Hennigan: {X-}{X-} / {6-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{J-Hearts} / {X-}

Right in the next hand, Parvizi completed and John Hennigan raised, Parvizi called. Parvizi's bets on fourth, fifth and sixth were called, the Brit checked seventh and called a bet by Hennigan.

Hennigan announced three sixes and showed the {Q-Spades}{6-Hearts}{6-Clubs}. "You had it all the way?" Parvizi asked, flashing two pair," but Hennigan shook his head and confirmed he had gotten there with the final card.
