Salem Scoops Parvizi

Level 21 : 12,000/24,000, 0 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo

On the four-way flop of {10-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{7-Clubs}, Laith Salem checked in the small blind and Michael Noori bet in the big blind. Iraj Parvizi folded from under the gun and John Hennigan called in the cutoff, as did Salem. On the {8-Diamonds} turn, Salem bet, Noori raised and that forced out Hennigan, while Salem called.

The {7-Diamonds} river paired the board for the second time and Salem check-called. Noori announced trips eights and flashed his cards, but mucked as soon as Salem had turned over his {K-Spades}{Q-Hearts}{J-Hearts}{9-Spades} for a straight.
