Fuchs Scoops Trincher

Level 18 : 8,000/16,000, 0 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo

Laith Salem scooped a bigger pot without showdown against Mike Gorodinsky and Anthony Zinno. The former check-called out of the big blind on the {7-Spades}{5-Spades}{5-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} turn while Zinno folded, the {J-Hearts} river then saw Gorodinsky check-fold to another bet by Salem.

Two hands later, Carol Fuchs in the small blind and Illya Trincher in the big blind saw a flop of {10-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{6-Clubs}. Fuchs bet, Trincher raised and Fuchs called. On the {2-Hearts} turn, Fuchs check-raised and Trincher called before a bet of Fuchs on the {J-Spades} river was called by Trincher. Fuchs showed {A-Hearts}{J-Clubs}{10-Spades}{3-Diamonds} for top two pair and the nut low, and that ended up scooping the pot.
