Hands #78-81: Cogliano Rivers Straight Against Givens

Level 25 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante

Hand #78: Paul Cogliano raised to 60,000 and then folded when Will Givens made it 200,000 to go.

Hand #79: Dutch Boyd raised to 90,000 and won the blinds and antes.

Hand #80: Steven Norden raised to 65,000 from the small blind and Cogliano called one seat over. The {10-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{5-Spades} flop saw Norden checking and Cogliano betting 55,000. That was enough to scoop the pot.

Hand #81: Cogliano limped from the small blind and Givens checked his option. The dealer delivered the {6-Spades}{J-Clubs}{7-Hearts} flop and Givens check-called a 35,000 bet from his opponent.

On the {K-Hearts} turn, Givens checked for a second time and Cogliano bet 60,000. Givens called and the {5-Diamonds} river completed the board. Givens checked, Cogliano bet 265,000 and turned over {8-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} as winning hand after Givens made the call.
