Stud

Tommy Hang: {X-}{X-}/{K-Spades}{10-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{4-Hearts}/{X-}
Jim Collopy: {X-}{X-}/{3-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{7-Diamonds}/{X-}
Kris Lord: {X-}{X-}/{6-Diamonds}{A-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}/{X-}

Tommy Hang completed, Kris Lord raised, and Jim Collopy made it three bets to go. Hang called, Lord made it four bets, and Collopy called. Hang made it five bets, capping the action, and both the other players called and we had 390,000 in the pot before fourth street had even been dealt.

On fourth street, Kris Lord bet his last 12,000 in chips and was called by both Hang and Collopy. Fifth street saw Collopy bet and receive a call from Hang. They both checked sixth street. On seventh street, Collopy check-called Hang's bet and the down cards were revealed for all three players:

Lord: {Q-Clubs}{J-Spades}{6-Spades} for a pair of sixes
Callopy: {A-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} for two pair, eights and deuces
Hang: {K-Clubs}{Q-Spades}{4-Clubs} for two pair, kings and fours

Hang's two pair was best and Lord was eliminated in third place. Hang enters heads up play with a 2:1 chip lead over Collopy.

Brandon Guss - 4th Place

Omaha 8

Brandon Guss raised from the button and Tommy Hang called from the big blind. The flop came down {Q-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} and Hang instantly bet out 20,000 - enough to put Guss all in. Guss called for his tournament life and the cards were turned on their backs.

Hang: {K-Spades}{J-Spades}{9-Spades}{9-Clubs}
Guss: {A-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{3-Spades}

The community cards finished off with the {2-Spades} and the {j-Clubs}, giving Hang jacks and deuces for the elimination. Guss will take home $67,435 in prize money for his fourth-place finish. Hang, on the other hand, is up to about 1.8 million in chips for over half of the chips in play.

Collopy's Small Flush Good Enough to Scoop

Level 25

Omaha 8

Jim Collopy and Tommy Hang have been going back and forth at one another. In the latest hand, Collopy opened for a raise and Hang three-bet. The other two players got out of the way and Collopy made the call.

The flop came {J-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{7-Hearts} and Collopy check-raised Hang's continuation bet and Hang made the call. The turn was the {K-Hearts} and Collopy led out and Hang would make it two bets to go. Collopy called.

The river was the {6-Diamonds} and both players checked. Collopy turned over {5-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} for a baby flush and Hang mucked to give Collopy the pot.

Hang Over Guss

Level 25

Limit Hold'em

Brandon Guss was under the gun and cut out a raise. Action folded to Tommy Hang in the small blind and he made it three bets to go. Guss was his only caller and the two saw {8-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{9-Clubs} hit the felt. Hang checked and Guss rapped the table back. The {6-Hearts} turned, prompting Hang to fire out a bet. Guss went into the tank for over a minute before releasing his cards. Hang picked up the pot and now has about 1.9 million in chips. Guss, on the other hand, has dropped to 145,000.

Collopy: {A-Spades}{3-Spades}

Joe Villella

Hold 'Em

Brandon Guss raised from the button and was three-bet by Jim Collopy from the small blind. Joe Villella called all in for less out of the big blind and Guss called Collopy's raise. The flop came {J-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} and Guss folded to Collopy's bet. Collopy turned over {Q-Clubs}{9-Spades} for middle pair and Villella was in trouble with {8-Hearts}{2-Spades}. The turn of {J-Clubs} and river {10-Clubs} would change nothing and Villella was eliminated in fifth place.

Guss Doubles Through Collopy

Level 25

Stud 8

Guss: {x-}{x-} / {9-Spades}{3-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds} / {x-}
Collopy: {x-}{x-} / {2-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{10-Clubs} / {x-}

Picking up with the action on fourth street, Jim Collopy led out with a bet and Brandon Guss called. Collopy bet out again on fifth and Guss raised all in for 26,000 more on top. Collopy called and their hole cards were turned over.

Collopy tabled {Q-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} while Guss showed {8-Spades}{4-Spades} for a flush and a low draw. Guess did not improve on sixth, but pulled the {5-Spades} on seventh to make his flush and an eighty-five low. Collopy mucked his final card and Guss secured himself a double to around 240,000 in chips.

Brandon Guss Doubles Through Tommy Hang

Level 25

Stud

Brandon Guss would get his last 63,000 in chips in on third street and find a taker in Tommy Hang. The cards were turned over:

Guss: {Q-Clubs}{Q-Spades}{10-Diamonds}
Hang: {A-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}

The next three cards would come out as follows:

Guss: {Q-Clubs}{Q-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{K-Spades}{A-Diamonds}{8-Spades}
Hang: {A-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{4-Spades}{4-Hearts}

Hang would turn over his seventh street card stating "I'm a favorite" as he had the {2-Spades} for two pair, fours and twos. Guss would need a jack, queen, ten, king, ace, or eight to stay alive. A ton of outs and he would hit one of them... the {J-Spades} to hit a Broadway straight. He survived and doubled up to 150,000 in chips.
