Hand #15: Dennis Phillips raised to 150,000 and stacked the blinds and antes after all opponents mucked their cards.
Hand #16: David Vida moved all in. There was no showdown because all other players mucked.
Hand #17: Phillips once again takes down the blinds and antes, this time with a raise to 160,000.
Hand #18: Anthony Wise limped in the small blind and David Smith checked his option in the big blind. After the 
flop, Smith checked and then folded when Wise bet 60,000.
