We caught up with the action on fourth where Fabrizio Gonzalez check-called Allen Kessler’s bet. Kessler paired on fifth and bet as the first to act and Gonzalez called. Both players checked sixth and Kessler check-called on seventh but not before he said “this would be a pretty sick beat...again” and then said “I got the ace-high flush”. Gonzalez attempted to muck but Kessler wanted to see what Gonzalez had as he had called him. Gonzalez showed two pair, Kessler did indeed show his flush and Gonzalez mucked while Kessler won the pot.
After Scott Seiver was the bring in with the , he called Alex Kostritsyn's completion. Kostritsyn's bet on fourth street was called by Seiver, as well.
When Seiver took the on-board lead on fifth street, he bet fifth, sixth, and seventh. To Seiver's dismay, Kostritsyn raised on seventh street. After a few moments the 2011 WPT Champion gave it up, further boosting Kostritsyn's stack.
Hernan Novick brought in and Mori Eskandani, Matt Grapenthien, and Mike Sexton all called. On fourth, Eskandani bet and Sexton got out of the way while the other two players called. On fifth, Grapenthein bet when he paired up with only Novick sticking around who raised. Grapenthien called and check-called Novick’s bet on sixth while seventh got checked by both players. Grapenthien was the one who turned over a diamond flush that it looked like Novick was trying to represent as Novick mucked and Grapenthien won the hand.
Joining the action on fourth street and it was Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier who was leading the action betting fourth and fifth street with Barry Greenstein showing no signs of going anywhere. On sixth, ElkY decided to check behind Greenstein leading to a bet from the latter after seventh, the Frenchman instantly folding to this.
It was checked to Hasan Habib on fourth street and he bet with the other two players calling. When Steve Zolotow made an open pair of fives on fifth he took over the betting and bet both fifth and sixth with Habib and John Racener both calling to until seventh where it was checked around. Zolotow turned over for two pair and it was good as Habib flashed before throwing it into the muck
Bertrand ‘Elky’ Grospellier completed and Mikail Tulchinskiy made the call. Tulchinskiy check-called Elky’s bets on every street with Elky turning over trips at the end which was good as Tulchinskiy mucked.
Robert Mizrachi brought in and Cyndy Violette completed. Steve Zolotow and Mizrachi called as it was checked to Violette on fourth who bet. Both players called again and Violette bet on fifth as the first to act when she paired up. Zolotow called but Mizrachi got out of the way and Violette bet again on sixth with two pair now showing. Zolotow said “I need a queen” and Violette who was desperately looking for a call at this point said “There’s more in there” before Zolotow folded. Violette flashed the which gave her a full house as she raked in the pot.
Daniel Alaei and and Kessler both called the bring in before Tom Dwan completed and again both players called. Kessler took the lead with the betting on fourth street, Dwan called and Alaei folded but when Kessler made an open pair of jacks, Dwan was chucking his cards into the muck before "Chainsaw" could even bet.
We caught up with the action on fifth where Fabrizio Gonzalez checked and Humberto Brenes bet with Yaniv Birman already all in on a previous street. Gonzalez folded and Brenes showed a flush. Birman was already drawing dead and quickly mucked his hand as the rest of his cards came out to eliminate him.
