Hand #82 - Minieri

Flushed off his new double up, Fischer raises to 75,000 from the button. Filtz folds but Minieri makes it 225,000. Fischer folds, and Minieri takes control again.

Hand #81 - Fischer

Seth Fischer
Seth Fischer
In what is a rapid fire sequence of events that alerts even the heaviest of eyelids, Dario Minieri raises to 90,000, Seth pushes all in for 701,000, and Minieri calls, all in the space of a few seconds.

Seth = {J-Hearts}{J-Clubs}

Minieri = {A-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}

Shouts of "ace" mute those for a "jack".

Flop = {4-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}

Fischer doesn't react. Minieri already looks resigned to defeat.

Turn = {2-Clubs}

Applause from the Fischer fans. Minieri wears an expression of both anger and devastation.

River = {7-Spades}

Roars from the crowd as Minieri doubles up a second man.

Hand #80 - Fischer

Filtz sticks in a button-raise to 80,000, and Minieri folds. Fischer, however, announces all in for a total of 598,000. Filtz folds, and Fischer gains a few much-needed chips.

Hand #79 - Minieri

Seth Fischer raises to 75,000 from under-the-gun and Dario Minieri calls.

One of few flops...

{K-Spades}{10-Hearts}{5-Spades}

Minieri checks, Fischer, as calculated as ever, checks behind.

Turn = {A-Hearts}

Minieri checks, Fischer bets 100,000, Minieri calls.

River = {Q-Hearts}

Check, check.

Dario shows {Q-Spades}{10-Spades} for two pair. Fischer mucks.

Hand #78 - Fischer

Minieri button-raises to 90,000, and Fischer moves all in from the small blind. Filtz quickly folds and so too does Minieri so Fischer takes the pot.

A new dealer appears, and there is a short burst of applause for the dealers as prompted by the announcer.

Hand #76 - Filtz

Fischer folds the button, Filtz limps in and Minieri rather unexpectedly checks.

Flop: {2-Diamonds} {2-Spades} {6-Spades}

Filtz checks to Minieri who bets the minimum 30,000. Call.

Turn: {3-Diamonds} -- check, check.

River: {10-Diamonds} -- check, check.

Filtz shows Q-10 for two pair, and with a smile and a flourish, Minieri mucks.

Hand #74 - Fischer

Filtz folds the button and this time it's Minieri who limps in. Fischer lets him see the flop.

Flop: {5-Hearts} {Q-Spades} {7-Diamonds}

Minieri bets out 40,000, and Fischer calls.

Turn: {A-Diamonds}

Now Minieri checks to Fischer, who sticks 80,000 in the middle. Minieri gives it up, and Fischer takes the pot. For some reason the announcer makes a noise that sounds a little like a cow that's been given helium.

Hand #73 - Minieri

Fischer folds his button and Filtz just limps in to try to see a flop. Minieri predictably sticks another 70,000 in from the big blind, and Filtz makes the fold.
