Lahdo Doubles Through Pitzanti

Level 15 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

"We both have the same stacks as before," Endravuz Lahdo said after he had just doubled through Sandro Pitzanti. It was a classic flip in which Lahdo was at risk with the {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds}. Pitzanti tabled the {10-Spades}{10-Hearts} but couldn't hold on a {k-Spades}{7-Hearts}{4-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} runout.

Simperl Doubles Through Paunescu

Level 15 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

"Just give it back to him, I don't care," Wolfgang Simperl joked with a smile on the face as the dealer was making change for his double-up.

Simperl had taken a flip for his final 84,000 with {7-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} and Ciprian Paunescu held the suited overcards in {a-Spades}{q-Spades}. The board ran out {10-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} and Simperl survived.

Ricci Check-Raises Successfully

Level 15 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Three ways to the {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{6-Spades}{2-Clubs} turn, Andrea Ricci checked and so did Nawroz Gaff. Mihail Popa then bet 14,000 and Ricci opted for a raise to 38,000. Gaff quickly folded and Popa folded the {a-Hearts}{q-Spades} face up.

"Nice fold", Ricci admitted and raked in the pot without showing his cards.

Level 15 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Stanislav Koleno
Stanislav Koleno

The cards were already on their backs as Stanislav Koleno gotten his short stack in preflop. He was called by Dimitrii Huley with a suited ace-rag.

Stanislav Koleno: {7-Clubs}{7-Hearts}
Dimitrii Huley: {a-Hearts}{3-Hearts}

Huley instantly nailed trips on the {8-Hearts}{3-Spades}{3-Diamonds} flop, Koleno then found no two-outer on the {2-Diamonds} turn and {j-Clubs} river.

Chaieb Takes The Rest of Angelini

Level 15 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Nicola Angelini
Nicola Angelini

Nicola Angelini had previously handed over a big portion of his stack to Ali Chaieb and the Frenchman finished the job he had started, albeit with quite some delay.

Angelini got it in after the {q-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{9-Spades}{a-Spades} turn with the {a-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} only to find himself drawing dead. Chaieb had flopped the best of it with {k-Hearts}{j-Spades} and didn't have to sweat the {4-Diamonds} river.

Buerger Bows Out to Wysocki

Level 15 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Janina Buerger open-shoved in the hijack for the 88,000 she had behind and Szymon Wysocki moved all-in from one seat over. One after the other, the players behind folded and the following showdown emerged.

Janina Buerger: {10-Spades}{10-Hearts}
Szymon Wysocki: {a-Clubs}{10-Clubs}.

Nothing changed on the {q-Clubs}{4-Spades}{3-Spades} flop and {j-Diamonds} turn. However, the {k-Spades} river gave Wysocki broadway and Bueger left with the words "Bravo. Okay, good luck."

Rocci Eliminated by Kubis

Level 15 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Fewer than 140 players remain and among the latest batch of casualties was also Andrea Rocci. He got it in with the {7-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} and Marian Kubis took the flop with the {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}. The {j-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{8-Hearts} board gave Kubis a pair of tens.
