Tounnouti's Turn to Double Through De Neve

Level 31 : 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante
Mourad Tounnouti
Mourad Tounnouti

Vincent De Neve made it 500,000 to go in the cutoff and Mourad Tounnouti jammed for 2.4 million on the button.

"How much is it? I call," De Neve said in table chat.

Mourad Tounnouti: {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}
Vincent De Neve: {9-Spades}{9-Diamonds}

The {q-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} flop gave De Neve a gutshot straight flush draw and De Neve rooted for the ace of diamonds. Instead, the board completed with the {q-Hearts} turn and {10-Spades} river to counterfeit the pair of De Neve and keep Tounnouti in contention.
